Terms of Sale
Legal Status of Products
All equipment supplied is not certified and approved for use in the UK, EU and USA.
All transmitters, wireless cameras, key catchers are supplied on the strick understanding that they will be exported.
It is legal to posses the equipment sold by Spy Development in the U. K.
But it could be an offence to use transmitters, wireless cameras, key catchers as it's a contravention of the Telecommunication Act 1985 and some other regulations.
By placing an order the purchaser represents he/she is of legal age (in the U.S.) and that he/she will use the products only in a lawful manner.
It is the purchasers responsibility to comply with the laws in their countries. We decline any responsibility for use of these devices.
Payment
The billing address must be exactly the same as the delivery address for the order to be processed. Otherwise the order will be canceled for security reasons.
The trade mark Spy Development or the word Spy will not be shown in your credit card statement.
Shipping
We ship only through trackable mailing methods such as EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, UPS. Tracking numbers are available on request.
The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. In the case we run out of stock of a certain product it may take up to 7 business days to ship the order.
We will do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Packaging
We do not advertise our name on the package.
The trade mark Spy Development or the word Spy will not appear in shipping documents.
Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of the spy products they may be used only once to complete a mission and then the customer may want to return them. This is not an acceptible practice.
Sold products can not be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective!
Defective products will be exchanged under the waranty free of charge if the defect was not caused by improper use of the product.
Returns must be authorised by Spy Development and will not be accepted unless previously authorised by email.
Claims can be made within 14 days after the delivery.
Returns are very rare cases due to thorough quality control techniques and high reliability design of our products but if you find our product to be defective feel free to contact us.
By placing an order the buyer signifies agreement to these Terms of Sale.
